BIG SKY VICTORY DISTRIBUTED YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Summary: Big Sky Victory, the 2024 Montana Democratic Coordinated Campaign is growing our Distributed Youth Leadership Program. This program aims to get young people involved in politics through digital organizing in Montana and inspiring others to take action for Democratic candidates up and down the ballot, including US Senate, local state legislative campaigns, and so much more! Distributed Youth Leaders will gain valuable organizing experience and professional development and will play a critical role in the future of Montana. Young people in and out of the state are encouraged to apply -- no prior organizing experience is necessary!
Preferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills, and desire to organize for Montana Democrats up and down the ballot, reliable access to internet, and a cellphone, strong communication skills-must be able to speak with and persuade all kinds of voters, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

PENNSYLVANIA DEMOCRATIC PARTY | DISTRICT ORGANIZERS
Summary: Full time, in person role located in Northern Pennsylvania
Preferred Qualifications: Strong commitment to Democratic politics and ideals and enthusiasm for electing Joe Biden and Democrats up and down the ballot
Compensation: $17.85 per hour, and $26.7 per hour for overtime
